Materials:

  • 2 c. powdered milk
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • 10 drops vanilla pure essential oil
    		•

    Instructions:

    Mix milk and cornstarch with a wire whisk until it all looks the same color;

    add the oil and whisk until well blended.

    Store in airtight container or for a neat gift idea, place in small plastic baby bottles as baby shower favors.
